Reproduction Engine Serial Number Tag - Takes 1-2 weeks to be shipped
Each engine supplied by Renault to the DeLorean factory came with a serial number tag attached to the engine that matched the serial number on the riveted plate on the left-hand side of the engine block (when viewed as installed in the car).
These reproductions are based on surviving examples of these tags and surviving factory records indicating which engines were fitted to each DeLorean during production. Other than the engine serial number, they contain no other data specific to the car/VIN.

All proceeds from the sales go directly to the treasury of The DeLorean Museum, a nonprofit corporation. Funds from the treasury are used strictly for the acquisition of memorabilia and supplies necessary to protect and preserve the existing items in the Museum collection.
